Believe, believe, believe...

3 cancers later and my life has been reminiscent of an amusement park...a rollercoaster ride, full of ups 'n downs and unexpected turns that leave you feeling somewhat topsy-turvy. However, all of these peaks and valleys have somehow brought me to a point in my life that is filled with clarity and gratitude. What I am thankful for is an amazing team of doctors, a tremendous support system of friends and family, for laughter and for EMPIRE, my dragon boat team...ALL which have and continue to fuel my strength and hope every single day!

The "BIG C" is known for rocking many people's worlds, but thankfully there is an unspoken comfort you feel with those who know this journey like you do. Picture a boat full of 22 women who share the passion to paddle and inspire with every stroke...we paddle to raise awareness, to share our experiences and to spread our hope!

Whether "in memory of" or "in honor of," in treatment or in remission, we are ALL survivors.
